We are pleased to welcome Ida Grothe Olsen to the RODAN team, as our new Office trainee.
Ida has been selected from a number of highly qualified applicants and will for a two-year period, be working in various departments like Operations, Logistics and Sales.
During this period, Ida will undergo thorough training in all elements of the company’s internal working progresses. The traineeship combines theory and practice, with emphasis on practical experience.
Trainees constitute a vital part of our DNA, and for many years, young people from the vocational education have been an integrated part of our company.

Over the years RODAN Technologies has educated many trainees as part of our HR strategy, and we are eager to provide a good framework for our trainees to learn and develop their skills, which they do through independent assignments and support from their colleagues.
