Welcome to new RODAN’s employees.

It is with great pleasure and a certain amount of pride that RODAN has hired two trainees for office and administration training as of 1 September 2025.

Kate and Aiza will be trained and work within RODAN’s administration, primarily in Planning and Internal Sales, respectively. Neither of them has wasted their time in recent years and they come to their trainee positions with some good experience under their belts, a can-do attitude, a positive outlook and a solid theoretical foundation.

Kate has a background in sports and club activities and holds a master’s degree in Sports and Health.

She has previous experience with planning, having been responsible for both the planning and execution of large sporting events, and now wants to pursue a career in administration with a focus on Planning & Supply.

Aiza has a degree in financial economics and has worked in electronics production and as a student assistant in a bank.

She now wants to learn more about customer contact, sales and sales support, etc.

They have both got off to a fantastic start, so before long, if not already, you will be able to see them in action in their RODAN roles.

It is clearly an asset for the organization to have trainees with determination, ability and energy.

We warmly welcome them and look forward with great anticipation to some good and mutually educational trainee years.
