The New MiniMax 06 ultra-miniature high-density connector is now available!
Last May, Fischer Connectors expanded its high-density product range, the Fischer MiniMax™ Series, with an even smaller ultra-miniature connector: MiniMax 06. This connector is now commercially available, and its full Technical Specifications can be found under this link.
As a reminder, the Fischer MiniMax™ Series marks an important technological breakthrough in the connectivity market: thanks to this high-density connectivity solution, which combines signal and power and ensures premium performance even in extreme environments, design engineers can replace several connectors with only one, thus making electronics lighter and smaller.
The new MiniMax 06 connector goes even further in this miniaturization trend. It can include up to 12 power and signal contacts in a footprint of only 10 mm. It also has a new unique configuration with 2 signal and 2 high-power 1.3 mm contacts for applications needing 10 Amps or more power, doubling the standard 5 Amps current rating of the existing MiniMax product line.
